Last week Valerie was interviewed by the producers of Inside Edition regarding the house for sale next to The Brady’s house. The seller can’t understand why her house hasn’t sold, despite the popular location. Perhaps it’s the tour buses stopping to let passengers take pictures and the lack of privacy that entails.

The tours in Pacific Palisades, Venice, and Santa Monica really interest me. Tours are lead by the actual designers and architects giving you a chance to meet many of LA’s “best”. If you are thinking about a renovation or a new design project, this is a great place to gather information.
